Yes. Every engagement begins with a Business Health Diagnostic, covering strategy, operations, team, and profitability. We also use intake forms, financial clarity checklists, and gap-to-goal tools to identify the best path forward.
How is progress tracked throughout the coaching?
We use a shared coaching tracker to monitor your goals, KPIs, action items, and session outcomes. You'll have access to tools like a lead/lag measures tracker, weekly scorecards, and quarterly review worksheets to ensure consistent momentum.
What KPIs or metrics do we typically track?
We focus on what moves the business: revenue growth, net profit, customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and execution rate on key priorities. You’ll track 3–5 meaningful KPIs that align with your specific coaching goals.
